Our roots are in authentic Taxco sterling silver — pieces chosen for their craftsmanship, character, and the way they make someone pause for a second longer than expected. But today, Silver International & Co. is growing into a luxury jewelry company with a wider vision: fine jewelry, gold, gemstones, fashion collections, and timeless pieces chosen with the same care that started it all.

For years, I dreamed of owning my own business. That opportunity came when a close family friend, known lovingly by many as “Uncle Bonnell,” decided it was time to retire.
Bonnell had owned the business for 30 years before me. He built it on relationships, trust, quality, and a deep love for jewelry. When he approached me about taking it over, I knew it was more than a business opportunity. It was a legacy.
He took me under his wing and taught me the things you do not learn from a manual — how to treat people, how to choose pieces with care, how to build lasting relationships, and how to protect the reputation of a business that people trust.
Eleven years ago, I took that opportunity. And like any new owner, I quickly learned that running a business means wearing every hat. Buying, selling, ordering, managing, traveling, setting up shows, packing up shows, and occasionally wondering why there are never enough hours in a day. Very glamorous stuff. Extremely movie-worthy.
But it became ours.

Many of our pieces are limited in quantity — sometimes only three, four, or five are available. We are not trying to offer jewelry that feels mass-produced or everywhere. We are looking for pieces with presence. Pieces with craftsmanship. Pieces that feel personal.
Our foundation began with authentic Taxco sterling silver, and that heritage will always be part of who we are. But as the company grows, so will the collections. You will begin to see more fine jewelry, gold, gemstones, and elevated fashion pieces — all selected with the same eye for quality, beauty, and wearability.
The materials may expand. The standard will not.

Same heart. Same relationships. Same commitment to quality. Just with a broader vision, a stronger presence, and a little more polish. Okay, maybe a lot more polish. It is jewelry, after all.
